Shipping
Everthine Jewelry ships USPS and UPS. Please allows 2-3 business days for me to make your jewelry. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you select USPS First Class without Insurance, we cannot make an insurance claim for the cost of the jewelry if your package goes missing, because it's uninsured. Everthine Jewelry will not be responsible for replacing the jewelry in this scenerio.
Due to shipping carrier delays many deliveries are arriving late. To track your package locate the Tracking Number on the shipping confirmation email you received from me. If your package is very late or is missing you will want to fill out a Missing/Lost Package form with the carrier. This is very easy and a representative from the carrier will handle your claim.
Exchange Policy
All sales are non-refundable. I am happy to accept exchanges up to 14 days after the date of the purchase with receipt. If you plan to exchange your piece please do not wear it. If the piece has been worn or is damaged, I will not be able to exchange the piece.
There are NO returns or exchanges on custom orders or One of A Kind and Limited Edition work.
Care
To prevent your new sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing, wear it. The oils in your skin do a great job of preventing tarnish. You should also keep your sterling silver out of moist areas, such as your bathroom. To remove standard tarnish you can use a Polishing Cloth.
Sterling silver doesn't like bleach, hot tubs, pools or sometimes the ocean. If your sterling silver becomes grey you can simply remove it with a Pro Polish Pad.
The stones in your jewelry unfortunately are not indestructible. Though they are strong you'll want to try and prevent any hard blows to the face of the stone.

Repairs
I will be happy to repair any broken or damaged pieces when the damage is due to the integrity of the material. Unfortunately I cannot repair work that was damaged by an accident, such as a broken chain that was pulled on.
