I recommend coming a bit early if you're new to the area.
What if I need to remove my permanent jewelry?
It's easy to remove your permanent jewelry. You can clip the welded jump ring with a finger nail trimmer.
If you need an MRI, I recommend that you ask your doctor or technician. But know that you can always clip it off at the jump ring, and I will be happy to re-weld it back on for a small fee.
Once you're ready to have your permanent jewelry put back on, book a Re-Weld Appointment HERE.
What if my permanent jewelry needs to be repaired?
We are happy to Re-Weld Everthine Permanent Jewelry that has broken or been cut off for a small fee. At this time, we do not offer repair services for none Everthine jewelry. Book your Re-Weld Appointment HERE.
Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services for other brand's jewelry. We've found that repairing other companies' chains is very difficult and most of the time impossible. We recommend you reach out to the company you purchased it from, and see if they have a solution for you.
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts are $110, and goes up to $285 for bracelets. Necklaces are charged by the inch and range from $265 - $500 depending on the length and chain style selected. If you're interested in a necklace and would like a quote prior to your appointment, message me HERE.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled, or cancelled. Refund of your deposit will be minus the PayPal or Square service fees. To reschedule email us at email@example.com, or text us at 612-440-1822.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit, and are not available for reschedule.
If you are late I may need to reschedule your appointment. It will all depend on if there are appointments after yours. Your tardiness can not push back everyone else's appointments. Ya know.
What if I want more than one Permanent Bracelet or Necklace?
During your appointment you can choose as many chains as you want. No problem!
Which chain styles are more strong?
We carry a wide variety of solid 14k gold chain styles. They range in designs and weights. We test all of our chains and feel confident that they will last. But, if you live an active lifestyle and are worried about the durability, we're happy to go over the best options for you at your appointment.
Why don't you offer anklets?
Anklets are not an option because we've found they are very prone to breakage. And, we want your jewelry to last forever.
What chain options do you have?
I currently offer solid 14k Yellow Gold, 14K White Gold, and 14K Rose Gold chains.
Due to the copper content in 14K rose gold, there are a few things you should know. The copper in rose gold is what gives the gold its pink color. It's so pretty. Some people's skin can react to copper, causing their skin to turn green. This is easily resolved by washing off the green tint on your skin with soap. The second thing that can happen is that the metal can darken due to environmental exposure to moisture, acidity in your skin, or even sometimes medications. In addition, these metals can turn grey when they come into contact with salt water, bleach, or some hot tub/pool chemicals. The grey can be removed with a Pro Polish Pad.
How do I clean my permanent jewelry?
We offer only solid 14k gold for our permanent jewelry. This means that it won't tarnish, or fade. If your jewelry begins to looks a little dull, we recommend washing your permanent jewelry with liquid hand soap. Washing with regular liquid hand soap will remove, lotion, oils or other body products that may be causes this dullness.
How old do I need to be?
You must be 12 years of age or older.
I have a large group. Can I set up a time for us to come in?
Yes, I am happy to accommodate large groups. We will work together to find a date and time that works for you. The amount of people is flexible. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking.
