FAQs

Shipping

Everthine Jewelry ships via USPS and UPS. Because each piece is made to order, please check the product page for your estimated delivery timeline.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

If you choose USPS First Class shipping without insurance, please note that uninsured packages cannot be claimed if they are lost in transit. In these cases, Everthine Jewelry is unable to replace or refund the item.

Please also keep in mind that occasional carrier delays may affect delivery times.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, you can easily submit a Missing or Lost Package claim directly with the shipping carrier, and their team will assist you from there.

Because each piece is specially created just for you, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order or custom items.

Jewelry Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years to come, a little extra care goes a long way ✨

  • Remove before activities: Take off your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or cleaning to avoid exposure to moisture and chemicals.
  • Avoid harsh products: Perfume, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning agents can dull or damage metals and stones—apply these before putting on your jewelry.
  • Store properly: When not wearing, store your pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling.
  • Clean gently: Use a soft cloth to polish your jewelry and remove everyday buildup. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly.
  • Handle with care: Fine jewelry is delicate by nature—avoid bending, pulling, or exposing it to rough wear.

With proper care, your jewelry will stay shiny, strong, and ready to wear every day 💛

Ring Sizes

Getting professionally sized by a jeweler is the best way to ensure a comfortable, accurate fit. Ring size can vary depending on the width of the band, so it’s important to use the right sizer—narrow sizers for thin rings and a wider (4mm) sizer for wider bands. Wider rings tend to fit more snugly, so they often require a slightly larger size. A proper measurement helps prevent your ring from feeling too tight or slipping off, so you can wear it with confidence every day.

Repairs

I’m happy to repair any pieces that become damaged due to a fault in the material or craftsmanship. However, I’m unable to offer repairs for damage caused by normal wear and tear or accidents, such as chains that have been pulled or broken.

Your jewelry is delicate and special, and caring for it properly will help it last for years to come ✨
